CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS:
Once you submit your order, we do what we can to get it out fast! Because of this, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your original purchase date only if your order has not been marked as fulfilled. If you're removing merchandise, you'll receive a full refund for what you originally paid for the product. If you'd like to add products, we can send you an invoice to pay. Just be sure to email us with any updates at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can accommodate any changes.
While we hope you love everything from Tulip Tree Soap Company, we understand that things don't always work out! We do accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of your postmarked delivery date.
To initiate the return process, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and your reasoning/feedback BEFORE sending us your product:
- If your items are unused, unopened and in their original form, we can issue a refund back to your original payment method.
Unfortunately, we can not accommodate exchanges on any products once it has been opened.
PLEASE NOTE: For all returns, your original shipping costs will not be refunded. We do not have any restock fees for returning your item(s) but we do ask that you pay the shipping cost to return your item to our warehouse.
