Collection: Coconut Cocoa Butter Soap (Palm Oil Free Soap)

A Gentle Palm Oil Free Soap

While we take care to use certified sustainable, organic palm oil, we understand that many people are uncomfortable with using any type of palm in their soaps because of concern about deforestation. If you're looking for a palm oil free soap that feels and smells amazing, check out our amazing line of Coconut-Cocoa Butter Soap!

Made with just coconut oil, cocoa butter, and castor oil (plus a bit of sodium lactate and sugar), these bars are gentle on your skin and produce a rich, luxurious lather.

Handmade Skincare

Handmade Skincare

Handmade soap and shampoo bars are great, but sometimes you need to step up your skincare a bit. From environmental factors like harsh sun, wind, and cold to daily living factors like washing dishes, gardening, and forgetting to drink water can leave your skin looking and feeling...not great.

You buy tons of lotion and lip balm but they don't seem to do the trick - either it's too greasy or you're constantly having to reapply or it broke you out into a rash - yikes. Been there to all of these. And you probably have, too!

Natural and Plant-Based Skincare You Can Trust

So, just like the soap, shampoo, and conditioner, I started researching what was in a lot of most commonly used items that were good (like shea butter and sunflower oil), what were fairly neutral (like preservatives such as sorbic acid), and what to avoid (petroleum, phthalates, and parabens). Then, I started testing. And testing. And testing. I had some flops - like the grainy lip balm from not tempering shea butter. (Who knew THAT was a thing!)

But, I also had some pretty big wins! And that's what you'll find below - all my winning recipes from our Buttercream Moisturizer with rich mango butter that leaves skin soft and refreshed to our Foam and Fizz Buttermilk Bubble Bath for a luxurious bath time experience. And just like the other categories, I'm always working on new stuff so be sure to check back to see what's new!
